Marinated Pork Chops with Honey Chipotle Glaze

Ingredients (Sauce)
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
2 Teaspoons minced canned chipotle chilies
1 Large clove garlic, minced

Pork Chops
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
4 Centre Cut or French Cut Pork Chops

Glaze: Mix all ingredients until well blended

Pork Chops:
Combine first four ingredients in glass baking dish. Add pork chops, turning over to coat.
Cover and marinate for 1 – 4 Hours
Preheat BBQ to Medium heat (325 – 350)
Sprinkle Pork Chops with salt and pepper, set aside 1 Tablespoon of glaze for finishing sauce)
Brush remaining glazer over both sides of Pork Chops
Grill to liking (internal temp 150), Drizzle saved glaze to garnish
